Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the electronic receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at customerservice@seanandval.com with your order number. Next, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back to us. For US orders, we will provide you a complimentary shipping label if you wish to make an exchange or partially return of your order. If you return all items in a given order, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return to Sean & Val. For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returns or exchanges.

Please note that our discounts are tier-based. If you received a 26% discount for an order totaling $200 or more, and a partial return reduces your order total below $200, your discount will be recalculated at 20%. The difference will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct as needed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, contact us at customerservice@seanandval.com with your order number. We will process the return of the item. Once the returned item is received, we will send out the new exchange item. If you would like to receive the exchange item faster, please place a separate order for the exchange item and initiate a regular return with our team. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
